[how to apply]
Apply gel pencil liner in short, quick strokes along the lash line starting at the inner corner and working your way outward. To sharpen, pop out the built-in sharpener from the bottom and twist it over the pencil to reshape the tip. Only twist up what you need—the pencil doesn’t retract.
